Our story:
Sid was drawn to the challenges of growing and to balance crops to climate. He has always loved growing and to see the crop go from pruning to harvest.
Our involvement in KORU® Plumac c.v:
We have a good relationship with McGrath Nurseries Ltd, the variety manager, and had some of the first test trees in New Zealand. KORU® has always looked good to us.
We can see an ongoing future in the variety as it has great production, and is a friendly growing tree that produces good quality fruit.

What we think is special about us:
Our climate is unique and grows good quality fruit. Being closer to the South Pole, the fruit grows and matures slower with a later harvest window than other growing regions of New Zealand, resulting in excellent quality fruit.
We established in 1995 and proundly grow:
Remarkable Orchards is half pipfruit including Fuji, Jazz, KORU®, Red Delicious, Royal Gala, Granny Smith; and half stonefruit consisting of apricot, cherry, nectarine and peach.Location in Otago:
