KORU® Apple Overnight Oats

KORU® Apples are slow to brown, so can be included when you make this popular nutritious breakfast, and still look fresh the next morning!

For a thicker option, add ½ cup greek yoghurt and reduce almond milk to ½ cup. Add seeds such as sunflower, flax seeds or pumpkin seeds. Add a pinch of cinnamon or other favorite flavoring.


½ cup (40 grams) wholegrain oats

½ cup grated KORU® Apple

1 cup (200 grams) almonds, chopped

½ tsp honey or maple syrup

2 tablespoons cranberries or raisins

2 tablespoons slivered almonds, raw cashews or walnuts

1 cup (250 ml) almond milk


  1. Layer all ingredients in above order in a pint size jar.
  2. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Top with yoghurt and toasted nuts, if desired, for a quick and nutritious breakfast.
