KORU® Apple Overnight Oats

KORU® Apples are slow to brown, so can be included when you make this popular nutritious breakfast, and still look fresh the next morning!

Ingredients
½ cup (40 grams) wholegrain oats
½ cup grated KORU® Apple
1 cup (200 grams) almonds, chopped
½ tsp honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons cranberries or raisins
2 tablespoons slivered almonds, raw cashews or walnuts
1 cup (250 ml) almond milk
Method
- Layer all ingredients in above order in a pint size jar.
- Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Top with yoghurt and toasted nuts, if desired, for a quick and nutritious breakfast.
