Muesli & Dried KORU® Apple

Ingredients
4 cups wholegrain oats
1 cup coconut chips
½ pumpkin seeds
½ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup grapeseed, rice bran or sunflower oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup dried cranberries and/or raisins
1 cup dried KORU® Apples
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, coconut, seeds and nuts.
- In a small bowl, combine honey or maple syrup, oil and cinnamon.
- Pour liquid mixture over oats and stir until well coated.
- Line a baking pan with baking paper.
- Spread mixture in pan and bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted.
- When cool, add cranberries and KORU® dried apples.
Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
