Muesli & Dried KORU® Apple

"Nutty and sweet, a nutrient-rich breakfast!"

Add or substitute other nuts and seeds. Serve with fresh berries or fruit that is in season!

Ingredients

4 cups wholegrain oats
1 cup coconut chips
½ pumpkin seeds
½ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup grapeseed, rice bran or sunflower oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup dried cranberries and/or raisins
1 cup dried KORU® Apples

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, coconut, seeds and nuts.
  3. In a small bowl, combine honey or maple syrup, oil and cinnamon.
  4. Pour liquid mixture over oats and stir until well coated.
  5. Line a baking pan with baking paper.
  6. Spread mixture in pan and bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted.
  7. When cool, add cranberries and KORU® dried apples.

Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
